    In 2018, Johns Hopkins All Children's opened its Research and Education Building on its main campus. The building is designed to promote collaboration and is home to the hospital's institutes, grant-funded scientists, innovative graduate medical education programs, cutting-edge Center for Medical Simulation and Innovative Education, and Florida's only accredited pediatric biorepository. The 250-seat auditorium inside the building bears the Bankers name in recognition of our support of Johns Hopkins All Children's and its work in our communities.

    Through our initiative called Bankers for a Cause, our employees can contribute financial support to two carefully chosen charities each year.

    Bankers Volunteer Hours

    In the spirit of giving back, we empower our employees to actively participate in volunteerism. As part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility, we offer each employee two paid days, equivalent to 16 hours per year to dedicate to volunteering.

    Our employee volunteer program extends beyond Impact Week, allowing individuals to volunteer throughout the year. By granting two dedicated days, we ensure that our employees have the time and opportunity to contribute to causes they feel strongly about and encourage them to utilize their allocated volunteer days to support charities of their choice
